Bojangles - McDonough

Although it was late at night, the chicken was still fresh at 10 PM. They even prepared fresh sweet rolls for us, and they were absolutely delicious!

This BOJANGLES could improve; the drive-thru staff seemed a bit confused with the orders. On a positive note, they did give me an extra sweet tea. Overall, it could be better! As it says in Romans 10:13, "For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

I've been visiting this location for the past two years, and I've noticed a significant decline in service. How can you serve someone food that you wouldn’t eat yourself? I've been there five times in the last two months, and each experience has been disappointing. I’ve tried to give them another chance, but this is definitely my last visit to this location. Who wants to eat cold, hard fries? It's frustrating to spend $8 on a meal that's unsatisfying. When you stop by on your way to work, you don't have the time to turn around and waste gas. I understand that the drive-thru focuses on speed, but what about the quality of the food?

The service was outstanding. The staff was courteous, and our orders were spot on. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I don't understand why this location has such a low rating. I eat at Bojangles frequently, and this is the best one I've ever visited. The staff is consistently very friendly, and my orders are almost always correct with the food cooked perfectly. I would avoid the store on Hudson Bridge Road, as I've never received good food or service there. My only complaint is with the Bojangles app—it's quite poor.
