Pizza Hut - Mathis

Great customer service ! My pizza is always hot fresh which is a must for me . I do pickup orders so I actually see the sanitation quality and overall customer service provided by the employees and I must say you can tell they actually clean inside the restaurant. Plus they do provide great customer service. I've never had a problem with quality nor customer service at this location. Thank you Alex Theurer

I stopped at this pizza hut place and I was very impressed with one of the young ladies working there, she really went out of her way to make sure we had the best meal. I wish I would had ask her name so she can be recognized by the owner and manager of the place because people like her really make the difference on the customers experience. Great service and excellent pizza hot wings. I be back!

I just moved out to mathis and I really love Pizza Hut! They haven’t done me wrong all has been very well! However on one encounter I ordered a three topping pizza and was so excited to get it! When I finally went to go pick it up they informed they were out of one of the toppings, it was still delicious! I just wish they would have let me known and called to see if I wanted to change the topping, after all I did pay for three toppings not two.

Pizza and wings were very hot and delicious. We exchanged the ice tea to a soft drink, tea tasted horrible. We didn't like the waiter, he had a bad attitude. Wouldn't smile, every time we would talk to him and tried to order, he would roll his eyes back. My son insisted for me to still give him a tip at the end I didn't want to. But I still gave him a 2 dollars tip and he just took them from my hand and didn't even say thank you. How rude, shouldn't have given him anything.
