Restaurant bewertenI put an order around 1715 clock and said it would be ready within 20 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after my order. at the arrival I gave them my name and told me that my order was not finished; no problem. almost an hour and 15 minutes after my order and numerous pick-up orders picked up, I finally asked about the status of my order. I just ordered a meal. After the young lady went back and forth to the kitchen, she came back and had just begun to put my order together. everything I ordered was already prepared and nobody seemed to have my order card until they found it in the back. eating is amazing; but customer service and efficiency must be improved.
I've been working in massapequa for a couple of years and that must be the best I've ever ordered! the taste and the amount of food they receive from la mesa cannot beat. so far I have tried the tacos de pernil, pollo papusa, fried yucca and lumpiang shanghai. every single thing was so delicious. will be ordered in future more.
Was that demand for Spanish eating the only place near my jobs, reviews sold me! all have another experience. the place is beautiful and clean. but, wasn't the food too much love, rice seemed pre-boxed no taste, pernil pork was so pale! only what I enjoyed on my little teller was the sweet planan. the price for a small platelet and drink was outraged definitiw not compare with a real Spanish place. I have to think three times that abbots try this place again. the staff was very nice, ground for an additional star.
Actually, they don't understand the good reviews. everything I had ordered had no taste and the rice was muddy! not worth the $40 for 2 teller
Good food but Very unprofessional staff. After waiting in the store I was asked to cancel my order by ponytail guy because I asked on my order status after being placed over the phone for over an hour. 2 simple tacos orders. The guy said with an attitude “we’re busy I can cancel the order of you want”.
