Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mason

We ate here for lunch and had a bad experience. the hired have got the food fast. most places go too slow, but instead of going fast enough, they went a little too fast. I had bought a bowl of beef barbacoa to take, and when I started eating it, I noticed a little hard in my mouth. when I spit it out, a shiny piece of metal was cooked on the bark-barbacoa. I would not recommend this restaurant for everyone, no matter how hungry they are.

I would have given a 5 if the person who makes the burrito was not rude and gave me dirty look. I appreciate that they're trying to be fast, but if they don't give me what I want because they're trying to hurry. I will still ask for what I want. also, her dirty looks and attitude will not hold back to ask what I want and still be polite. if they can't give the customer what they want while they try to be fast. then maybe you should be slower. otherwise, delicious as always.

The customer service was terrible. They didn't make any eye contact, they didn't even talk to you, and they were just rude all around. the food was delicious,

They stopped me. they were very rude. they ignored my friend, so I had to go up there and make them eat. they have received my friends and changed with them. only overall terrible customer service.

Better quality than my local Newark, OH Chipotle but like everything else, it seems to be getting more expensive. Chipotle is still Chipotle though... not a go to for me, but a craving every once in a while when I want generic Mexican food.
