Good place for refreshment, snacks, coffee, break during long trips. clean toilets, multi-food shops inside. only during the day.

This place not deserving of the 1 star, rude and racist staff. Unbelievable

Food is alright. Service is horrible. Asked for a chicken roll and the lady gave some look as if she didn’t want to get it out of the display fridge. Grabbed the roll and threw it on the counter and kept shaking her head whilst scanning our other items. Needs to get over herself.

Terribly disappointed with customer service. I was here today Sunday 2:15 pm on the way to Canberra, from Sydney to get a coffee and some refreshments. Waited in the counter for 5 mins. But the girl behind counter didn’t even (say hi/ or just a minute) while she was passing by the counter 4-5 times. I try to get her attention but she saw me standing for so long still choose to ignore and didn’t acknowledge even once.Staff like her should know proper customer service and if they don’t want to serve customers just because they don’t feel like, they should not be in the business.

Paid $5 for a cup of brown water they call coffee and that was after waiting 10mins and having my order forgotten. Terrible.
