My youngest granddaughter stopped for a special treat. We loved the donuts we got!

The kid at the drive thru didn't know if they put cream and sugar in their iced coffees and the lady employee who made it didn't look like she knew or wanted to know either. I just didn't want cold black coffee with vanilla flavoring so I was trying to ask if the iced coffees came with cream and sugar.... the response was... ummm I don't know. I find alot of places like this fail at training their team.... you can't expect great performance from improperly trained employees, I know this because that's my job... to train my companies employees.

Pretty fast service, great donuts! Got the ELF ones and they were delicious although some of them that were pictured weren't in the box instead just glazed : Still good though!
