Finisterre - Manta

Nice place to start I liked, the food I liked, the flavors were fine, I ate a Tomahawk seemed good the meat at the point that I asked, accompanied by fries and salad which was good of serving and flavor, now I did not like for anything the attention of the waiter that touched us a man all rough that to ask him something about the menu only needed that he would tell us 'that they know nothing' Very rich music.
