Chili's Grill - Mansfield

Everything was so delicious. Got it to go. And they offer cocktails to go. I got the coconut margarita, titos punch and long Island iced tea which seems to be missing from this photo Got Alex's Santa fe burger, 10 oz sirloin, and ultimate smokehouse combo: brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage and mango habanero chicken crispers. Chili's is amazing! They have drinks, Meals, and kid friendly environments! All the waiters and waitresses are very kind, and It's not super loud. There are so many options! You can get take out, delivery, or dine in! Awesome!

Incredible workers, although I had to leave early (I was the one in the suit), the fact that the employees took on a group of 30~ idiotic teens an hour and a half before closing like champs is incredible. I hope to dear God you guys didn't have to stay too late to clean the dishes, cups, and etc. and that the remaining folk tipped adequately enough for the individual workers to be granted several hours worth of pay through it. If they didn't, describe to me who didn't tip adequately enough compared to the singular strain that their order caused and they'll be jumped. Once again, thank you all and I am so sorry for what happened there!

I enjoyed coming to this chills at this location. Food is fresh. Waiter was very helpful and polite. Restaurant tables always clean and wipe down. We will return to this location. Thank you to all the employees for their hard work !!

I was disappointed! I parked in the to go area and watched as orders were brought out. Finally 15 minutes later a young man came over and asked my name and confirmed my order and said give him a minute. About 23 minutes later, a customer that was waiting outside for his order started calling out names he saw that was sitting a long time. I heard my name and went in to get it. Needless to say it was cold. If I knew that my food wasn’t going to be brought out, I would’ve went in to get it when I first arrived. If they were shorthanded they should’ve mentioned it because in these COVID times I totally would’ve understand.
