Chick-fil-a - Macon

What happened to this location?! This used to be the flagship Chick-fil-a in Middle GA; the owner and managers should be ashamed. The staff was not pleasant at all. The tables and floor were absolutely filthy. This would have been a sub parexperience for eating at McDonald?s.

Beautiful new Chick-fil-a with servers who come to your table to take your orders! Wow. And separate entrances for take out and dine in, good drive thru, and plenty of parking. Large dining room, gorgeous inside. Food was perfectly cooked and hot!

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, unlike anything I've seen before. They got our order correct and made the wait enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious. This location is outstanding! I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.

Fantastic chicken and prompt service! The system for efficiently processing orders is impressively organized, ensuring that everyone receives their correct meals quickly. The dining area is pleasant, with wall-side tables equipped with USB charger outlets for your devices—an excellent convenience while traveling. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

The service was excellent! The food was fantastic! The restroom was impressively clean and inviting. This restaurant is truly top-notch.
