Great chicken, fast service, seriously well-organized system for getting people through fast (with the correct order : , and nice dining area. Wall-side tables have USB charger outlets for devices, which is a convenient perk when traveling. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Chick-fil-a is the best wherever you go. This one was very clean. The team met me with their trademark smiles and serving me was their pleasure as always. The food was good and the tea was spectacular. I will definitely go again.

What happened to this location?! This used to be the flagship Chick-fil-a in Middle GA; the owner and managers should be ashamed. The staff was not pleasant at all. The tables and floor were absolutely filthy. This would have been a sub parexperience for eating at McDonald?s.

This is the slowest service in Macon ! And my food is ALWAYS cold! So I just stick to a salad! Today I wanted to try the new sand which and being that this is convenient because my job is near I stopped her hoping service was better. Large fry COLD! Oneketchup pack for a large fry! ! The customer service is okay! However the wait is long and by the time we get up there food iscold or warm. That?s just not fair! Faster service better quality!

Beautiful new Chick-fil-a with servers who come to your table to take your orders! Wow. And separate entrances for take out and dine in, good drive thru, and plenty of parking. Large dining room, gorgeous inside. Food was perfectly cooked and hot!
