Dunkin' - Mableton

Dunkin is overall good. There regular coffee is quite weak in comparison to other coffee chains. I have to get an extra shot of espresso or else it’s just a wasted calories. This Dunkin’ location usually gets the order right but the drive thru times can be a bit lengthy.

Good service overall. I go here every morning before work and my they’re usually polite and quick. There are a few times I feel rushed through my order and once my macchiato was lukewarm but those are rare occurrences. Normally, good service and drinks (haven’t ordered any food).

This location is appealing. It has outdoor seating. It has convenient parking as well. On my visit I was treated nicely by the staff member who assisted me. I should have asked his name, a real customer service oriented young man with a good attitude and disposition. I invite anyone who digs dunkin to visit this location if nearby or in Cobb Cty. It certainly is a far cry from the disrespect they dish out over at the 4928 So. Cobb Dr. locale in Smyrna. Stay far away from there unless your a young WF, they seem to prefer showing customer service in that regard. Update: 2/26/22 To my surprise, there has been a change at this location. So by happen stance, I visited this location and discovered that an employee, named DJ, whom I first encountered at another store in Decatur is now the Mgr at this location. So a big plus for them. Thumb up

Love keeps here always great service and the coffee is always hot! the breakfast was very warm and good this morning.
