Good team ordered onsite quick and food was very good

The star ratings should be a negative we ord on line for p/u now abt 7:30p, paid w/ cc .I had to call the store .1st the girl stated she had our ord I confirmed the items she said yeah that's right .I then asked y does the next screen show pick a time for p/u and it won't allow to bypass it?? She started to speak to someone else ..nver said I DK She called over( who we later found out was) the manger Kiel STILL on spkrphn she say I got this customer on the phone w/A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE And told the mngr everything incorrectly blamed us now it's abt 8:15p he's repeating what she lied and we are now correcting we just want our refunded on cc cancel order ECT he then announced oh the order just went through??!! We did not put cc info in it was done previously and just now was processed?!?? B4 he was saying there was no order to cancel?!?? It was cncled but we still have to f/u wl bank ECT all for pizza and salad verrry verrry bad?. THE STORE OWNER NEEdS 2B contacted we used to ord frequently they made Mistakes on occasion but who doesn't ..Lying on customer thinking to make yourself look less stupid unacceptable.

Very poor service from the Harlem road location said by 1730. Did not arrive until 1900 hours food was cold and supposed Manager that night was like who gives a chap attitude. Will never do business with any Dominos again. Very poor service.

The last pizza and chicken wings I ordered wasn’t very good at all. The pizza was hard, it almost broke my dentures. The crust was too hard and after eating a few slices my gums got a couple of sores. The chicken wings were so small that I barely got a month full from each wing. Very very small. Wasn’t worth what I paid. Generally I like your food but last time I was let down.
