Tacos Al Molcajete - Longmont

This is the only Mexican place I 'll actually go to in Longmont. There aren 't many authentic tacos to be found here but Tacos al Molcajete doesn 't disappoint. The al pastor is AWESOME. I do agree, however, that the ladies behind the counter can be a little aloof. The male owner is super personable and friendly, though. Overall definitely the place to go if you want a 'real ' taco.

Best tacos I've had in Colorado! Super friendly prompt service. Clean inside out! They have an awesome covered patio area with tables, too.

Great menudo! Went for the the first time recently. Staff was very nice and I was finally able to satisfy a craving!
