Starbucks - Little Rock

Hot my order wrong 2 times. And yet I still want to go back cause they have such great energy for the customer.

This is my first time leaving a review on anything, and I just needed to because Matt is one of the best workers/servers I've ever experienced. He makes my day everyday, and has so much positivity!

I have had multiple problems with ordering at this restaurant. The prices vary and each person at the register charges differently. Despite ordering the same thing every day, I am met with resistance when questioning the price difference. The staff can be condescending and rude if you challenge them. Recently, I had to change my order due to doctor's orders. At two other locations, there was no issue with my new order, but at this Starbucks, I encountered difficulties. Despite explaining that I had successfully ordered the same item elsewhere, the staff made no effort to accommodate me. I eventually left and went to another location where the staff was willing and able to help me in a polite and friendly manner. They even explained that there were ways for the other Starbucks to serve me, but they simply did not care to do so.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This past Wednesday was my first time ever going to Starbucks. I checked on TikTok to find a perfect drink and went to place my order. I waited and heard people's names being called to pick up their orders. The elderly white customers were receiving better treatment and even got to taste their drinks before paying for them. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes while the cashier chatted with a woman whose order was already placed. When they finally stopped talking, the woman walked away to do something else. I arrived at 8:25 and waited until 8:50 for my order, which was already completed. They watched me sit there without saying anything, and my name was never called. This almost made me late for work. The drink was good, but I will never come back here again. It gave me a very racist feeling being the only black woman in the entire store.

It's always a pleasure to see the lovely smiles of Natalie and Kission at the restaurant. They truly know how to take care of their customers. I make sure to visit every Monday just to see them.
