Restaurant bewertenYou really have something special in front of you! Going into this clean, clean place, you immediately feel welcome with the smell of freshly baked goods smiling faces. Not only are the different types of all-organic, intentionally made, art-on-the-good sourdough breads full of taste, chewing but airy, but the extras that they have done, like (shamming) pretzels slightly roasted exceptionally mixed seeds/nut garlic, has me eagerly anticipating what other artful concoctions they'll next. RECOMMENDATIONS!
Make in your head what the ideal homemade bread would look like and taste what it looks like. All this little bakery does seems to have tied a little magic to it.
Best. Bread. Ever. Drove an hour and a half and worth it! Will be going back as often as I am able. And a really nice baker!
Nate is a true artisan and makes the most wonderfully delicious artisan bread I've ever tasted. We got loaves of the garlic cheddar and molasses rye. My mother completely flipped over the molasses rye and wishes she could order the bread to be shipped to her home! Kevin made superdelicious grilled sandwiches with the garlic cheddar loaf. You can truly taste love in every bite. My yearly summertime trips to Pittsburgh will hereafter include a stop at WIldFire Bread (and maybe next year we'll get there in time for pretzels)!
Delicious, and they offer a nice sample. It's a neat little shop. We loved everything we tried: caramelized onion-poppyseed, rye molasses, sourdough, pretzels. All of it is just incredible! Thank you!
