Apparently, the owner of the case was present, too, but we haven't seen him. None of the times we apologize for what happened, only after my complaint, mistakes can happen. A class case separates from the rest of these circumstances in a professional way. A bad name is made soon, for a good one, you have to work. A good service is as important as the quality of the food you serve.
