Mcdonald's - LANGHORNE

The manager went above and beyond for my son during our visit to this restaurant. We ordered a delicious meal and he made sure that our special request was done correctly. He even quickly ran over to open the playroom door for us when it was locked. I also saw him pitching in and assisting his coworkers with various tasks, from handling cash to preparing food to helping customers with a huge smile on his face. I highly recommend this place and whoever owns these McDonald's franchises clearly takes care of their employees. Good employees like him are hard to find!

The service at this restaurant is excellent – truly top-notch! Every member of the team works extremely hard and is personable, funny, and friendly. The man who manages the drive-thru is especially impressive, handling multiple order changes and customer complaints with ease. The line moves quickly and customers leave happy thanks to his efficient service. This man should definitely be working in a role that involves customer relations, as he is a true champion at what he does. Thanks to him, I will definitely be returning to McDonald's – I would be shocked if this location ever gave up his excellent service.
