Restaurant bewertenExcellent! If only I could take a pound of that cinnamon butter home! Great breakfast! Kids loved the waffles and French toast. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very good. The food took a little longer than expected to come out but our waitress was attentive asking if we needed anything so we didn’t mind. Lovely place, might go back tomorrow again because it was just so good!
The restaurant has a decor that resembles a classic hunting lodge cabin, perfect for the Lake George area. The breakfast was colossal and delicious, even better than at Cracker Barrel. It was served with maple butter. Our waitress, Tina, was speedy, accurate, and made sure to keep our coffee cups full. She was very attentive to our needs, especially because we had a toddler with us, and always warned us about hot items she brought to the table. The food and service were both excellent.
We regularly visit this restaurant after spending time at Lake George during the next season, so we typically don't have to wait long to be seated. This time, we decided to dine at the faux-log-in cabin restaurant.
Flapjack is a wonderful choice for enjoying delicious pancakes with incredible maple syrup. The dining experience is satisfactory, and the interior decor is lovely. However, be prepared for a long wait to be seated.
I unexpectedly found Flapjack Pete's at noon after discovering that other breakfast restaurants were closed. They had a parking lot available. I decided to try the stuffed French toast with raspberry jam. The French toast was thick and delicious, especially with the cinnamon butter. The menu had good options and prices were reasonable.
