Giuseppe's - Lake George

Amazing food and service!!! Our waiter made it extremely pleasant to eat lunch. I got the spaghetti and meatballs. The pear sangria is a must try!

A big gang of 9 adults of 5 children dashed hungrily into this restaurant today! We weren't sure if we would find ample vegetarian options, but this place is absolute delight for each and every taste bud. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly and the food is brimming with flavours. I would love to revisit this place someday and yes while you are in Lake George and craving for some garlic knots, garlic bread and pizza, this place is a must-visit! A BIG SHOUTOUT' to the staff who was very very busy today yet they welcomed our big gang so well and gave the children a very memorable time!

This place is fantastic! I’ve been visiting Lake George for over 22 years, and ever since I found Giuseppe’s, it’s my go-to restaurant every time I’m here. The food is consistently delicious, the service is always welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable for a tourist destination.

I visited at the end of the season and found the place to be quiet, with only a few customers. The food was excellent, and the portions were quite generous. We even took home some doggy bags for lunch the following day. I also enjoyed a nice pint of a local brew.

I rarely give 5-star ratings to small Italian restaurants, as many tend to rely on canned ingredients. However, Giuseppe's is an exception. Every dish we tried was fresh and crafted with minimal, high-quality ingredients. Their house-made marinara and incredibly tasty balsamic dressing stood out. I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshing and delicious a simple tomato mozzarella salad could be! They use the marinara on their pizzas and serve it as an alternative to ketchup with fries, which is a fantastic idea! The penne a la vodka was incredibly fresh, and the bread, baked on-site, arrived piping hot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain each dish in detail—I'm so grateful for their service! It's worth noting that the medium pizza we ordered is equivalent to a large from any chain pizza restaurant. The dough was fresh, and the food was outstanding! This is Italian cuisine done right—exactly how it should be: fresh, simple, minimal, and delicious!
