I knew Le Café de la Fontaine well in La Turbie and for the first time I went to Ostellerie Jérôme. Very wise decision because it was remarkable. Of course the quality and creativity of the dishes that were served us, but also the professionalism and kindness of the service. Nothing of guinea, nothing of obsessive, but the assurance of the gesture. The menu at 98€ allowed us to discover some of the chef's specialties and... we've filled. Have chosen wine with glass, remarkable Pommard 2010. I recommend with enthusiasm and grant him two and a half stars.
