Kuranda Coffee Republic

I had lunch today at a restaurant with good-sized parking and street parking available. The area had a very rustic feel, which wasn't really my style, but my sister loved it. We ordered the BLT burger, which was delicious. We also ordered tea, with many options to choose from, and decided on scones from a local bakery that were very tasty. Don't forget to check out the gift shop with beautiful, albeit pricey, items. The staff was lovely.

The coffee shop is fantastic, now with a new owner who is a friendly local from Kuranda. They have a revamped library and a checkerboard for a cozy atmosphere. While it may not be as bustling as before, the quality is just as excellent.

For many years we have been riding to kuranda to have roswell coffee. honey and chili infused! it is a very special mix that with know-how of mike the owners. the pizzas are also an artwork and exceptional worth in consideration of the quality that is put on the mountain by the pizzeria chains of plastic! it is worth visiting just to meet the charismatic owner. but wait until you try the coffee. my fav roswell brings fire in these fiesty dragons.

Great coffee! the owner was a character, would have been good to see something eating. if it had eaten, it would have got the star.

Continue down the main road towards Kuranda from the train station. On the left side as you stroll through the village, you will find a hidden gem offering excellent coffee. They use locally sourced beans that are grown and roasted on site, resulting in a delicious and flavorful cup of coffee.
