New favourite restaurant. The food is notably outstanding. Creative, bursting with flavour, generous portions, aesthetically pleasing. Table of 7 and every meal was raved about. Went back twice in three days. Great for special occasions and relaxed meals. Owner is present pays attention to detail and service. Relaxed, comfortable ambience. Curated wine list. Food locally sourced. Can’t recommend enough.

The owner of the Packshed recently let us make use of his beautiful property for a community Southern Explorer meetingthey provided the most delectable of quiches for the share plate table, the atmosphere in the restaurant even without a single staff member was mind blowing! We have eaten here on numerous occasionsyou can expect consistently high international standards, a delectable menu, fine wines and brilliant service! Rates in top three restaurants along the Kwazulu Natal coastline!

We had the privilege of attending the Doolhof wine evening at The Packshed with an accompanying 5-course meal. It was an incredible experience with amazing food and wine pairings.
