Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant is a hidden treasure. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The decor is fantastic, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the tea selection is amazing. The food is made fresh on site and of high quality. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. It felt like being with family, almost like being at grandma's house. Thank you.
After months of longing to dine in at a cafe, I finally had the opportunity to have lunch at The Drop in cafe. It was my first visit and it was fantastic. The decor was cozy and very English, and there were no issues with the current virus regulations - just properly spaced tables. The food and coffee were both outstanding, as was the service. As we entered, Nora Jones was playing, and I couldn't help but feel like I was in heaven. The lack of cafes for three months may have affected my mind slightly, but I will definitely be returning soon.
I absolutely adore this cafe!!! It's one of my favorite hidden gems in Boronia. The high tea is incredibly special - I even got emotional at how beautifully it was presented. It was a lovely surprise for my mum. All the ingredients are sourced locally, everything is homemade with love, and the presentation is impeccable. The portion sizes are just right. The staff is always friendly, bubbly, and happy to accommodate dietary requirements. It's clear that the owners put a lot of effort into their business, constantly adding new dishes to the menu. They also have an amazing tea selection from around the world. Every time I go there, I feel so happy. The space is unique, beautiful, and cozy - it reminds me of tea and scones at my grandma's house. I could go on and on, but I highly recommend this beautiful cafe!! <3
Step inside and you feel like you’re visiting a friends house. It’s cosy and inviting, as the owner is stylish and welcoming. The coffee is always great, and today I had the soft pesto eggs which were magnificent. The burst of flavours was just Devine, taking me back to European adventures years ago. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place, it’s fantastic.
Starting out in the area I popped in to this place(again) that was recommended by a local. The interior is oldy wordy and very quaint. Nice mix and match furniture and cutlery and tea sets. Had breakfast crepes with bacon and eggs; mouth watering runny yolk. Coffee was great (ive had it before here). Breakfast menu doesn't say if they have raisin toast or simple toast and jam for a light meal. Otherwise a fantasyummytastic breakfast and I'll go and try lunch soon.
