Thyme Pizza N Roll - Kitchener

I ordered three pizzas from this restaurant, but they were all undercooked. When I called to complain, they said they would replace them, but insisted that I bring the original pizzas back to the store. Since my group had all already had drinks and we had ordered delivery for convenience, I wasn't about to ask my 13 guests to pack up their pizzas and take an Uber to the store for replacements.

You must visit this place! The food is delicious and of high quality. Don't forget to try the 5-pack of donuts - you won't regret it!

The service was good, but the quality of the food was lacking and expensive. I paid over $20 for a medium Canadian pizza and a dip. The dough tasted undercooked and seemed to have been frozen previously.
