Mcdonald's - Kingsport

We visit this restaurant every evening, and the food is always delicious. The staff is fantastic! Thank you so much! You're especially doing great on Fridays!

The food was typical McDonald's fare—nothing out of the ordinary. If you decide to walk in, be ready for the possibility of being overlooked or experiencing slow service; it seems they haven't quite figured that out yet. The staff often appears to be more focused on chatting and having fun than attending to customers.

Dining here is usually a delightful experience, but on this occasion, the food was disappointing. I truly love this restaurant, so I’m not sure what went wrong that day, but the meal was not up to their usual standards.

I had a wonderful experience with the service at the restaurant. Hunter assisted me with my order, and when I mentioned that my fries didn't seem fresh, he kindly made me a brand new batch just for me.

This McDonald's is great! When I went inside, it was mostly empty, and the drive-thru staff were really friendly.
