Restaurant bewertenThe cow's return was nearly cold but still flavorful. The chicken curry was hot, spicy, and delicious. The lumpia was excellent. The mais fritters, although tasty, didn't travel well and should definitely be eaten fresh. The mushed potatoes were fresh and crisp. Overall, the food is generally delicious and reasonably priced. Just be cautious about placing a web order, and make sure to eat the mais fritters right away if you order them!
When the time came, I was ready to walk the block and a half to the school for my pickup. At the last minute, my partner offered to drive me. Just minutes before we arrived, a heavy rainstorm hit, but thankfully, he was in the car. However, he ended up waiting 30 minutes for our meals, even though I had placed my order hours in advance. As we waited, a woman with her child stood in the rain by the truck, soaked while waiting for their food. When we finally got our order, I was surprised by the portion sizes; they were smaller than I expected. While I was pleased that the curries weren't overly spicy, I still hoped for a richer flavor. I did enjoy the salad dressing, which had a nice hint of peanut, but I had to discard the excessive amount of chilies in the salad. The lumpia and fried corn fritters were quite good, and they did their best to follow my instructions about serving rice on the side without any utensils or napkins. While they weren't able to put the rice in a separate container, they did package it in a larger one. I appreciated that they didn’t give us any plastic or paper products, as it always feels wasteful when I have reusable utensils at home. Overall, I wanted to like this place more.
This food truck is amazing! The food is consistently incredible and it has quickly risen to become one of my favorite spots in the city. I highly recommend the lamb—it's absolutely delicious! The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because of the wait time; there’s only one person working in the truck, so there's often a line. While the 10-15 minute wait is worth it, it can be tough when it's scorching hot outside.
My fiancée went back to our apartment from the dentist and saw this truck parked right in front of our apartment house and she asked me if I wanted to try it for dinner. they were very grateful for our business, as unfortunately they did not have many customers. I wish our building management has made a better job advertisement or maybe put signs on georgia ave to find it. we had lammskewers, chickensatai and since and tofu entrees. Unfortunately, the since then and tofu had kisses that I am allergic, but my fiancée loved it. I loved the lamb and the huh really, and that lamb was my favorite. the prices were very reasonable (approximately $10 per entree) and they came with a veggie spring roll and a spicy salad (the sauce burns her mouth). indonesia is such a populous country and there is not much Indonesian food in the opposite or even in the Usa in contrast to the kitchen that originates in smaller Southeast Asian countries. I ate from another Indonesian food truck in the interior several years ago, as interning and in an Indonesian restaurant a few years ago in amsterdam (where it is a common kitchen), and they definitiw beat both.
It's a food truck. eating is good and tasty, but the whole organization could be a little better. I have the chance to try them at 1201 e west hwy silveton condomium. many dishes were out in about 30 minutes. but again it was good to eat. also the website to present order is a pain to treat. food is 5, organization 3, total 4
