McDonald's - Kapuskasing

I ordered by the electronic ordering card. as soon as I have paid without counterpressure, I was quickly told that they have no mcflurries, so I said I would like to make my filet o fish a combo then. the hired went and fetched the manager who came until he had asked me for my reception, which I had told him that he was not printed. he said I will only charge you for a medium fee for 3.46 and we will even call it. good, as the mccurry cost me 3.16 and the actie was 5,49 plus I'm pretty sure I should control more for the combo than I should. he looked confused. then he said I will cancel the entire order and then enter it again. I've traveled for hours and don't want to delay my time here, I asked if it would take longer. he was joking and said it would depend on them. that means that the personal works hard behind him to fill the commands. I proposed to reimburse myself for the filet of fishing and mcflurry and then ring in the combo, but he did not like this idea to cancel my entire order was the only one to go for him. then I said, just give me my mcflurry, who was something he could handle, and the result was a very annoyed customer. Maybe I would just have given one frey and pop for the mcflurry, would have been the best way to go if he could not find out any basic mathematic. mcdonald could make you better!

We were passing through Kap and decided to stop for milk shakes. To my delight, they still had Shamrock Shakes. Everywhere else has been out for months! I was so excited. Although service was extremely slow, the workers were very friendly.

I was absolutely amazed at the speed of the service. the place was incredibly clean and personal was amazing

Mcdonald’s I was ever there. over 40min and three try to get the order right. the personal did not pay attention at all. this was my third attempt at this place equal experience every time, I will never go back. strongly suggest to stay away from this place.

Very very bad experience. Your manager dont know how to deal with the customer. Bz i am a turban guy he behaved very bad.He shouted at me and didnt accepted my order. i am the regular customer of mcdonalds. I am not going to visit this mcdonalds again. I will never ever suggest this mcdonals location to anyone. : : very very bad experience . I am a long haul driver. I was very much in need of food at that time. But hadnt got anything. So so bad experience. : : very disappointed.
