Restaurant bewertenI have to say, these are the best nachos I have ever tasted. The brisket is cooked for 12 hours and they pile it generously on top of the nachos. It's enough to feed two adults easily. The smoked chicken sandwich with cheddar on a gluten free bun was also delicious and worth splitting. The cornbread and honey butter took the meal to another level. You will definitely leave satisfied with the ample portions and friendly service.
We dined at a restaurant in a charming historical building with a fantastic atmosphere. Our food choices were the pork belly bites and brisket cheese sandwich. The pork belly was incredibly tender and more than enough to share among four people. It was accompanied by Asian slaw and a choice of two sauces - peanut or huckleberry. The brisket sandwich came with peppers, onions, and cheese, and was a sizable portion served with a side of our choosing. We opted for the tasty potato salad.
To start, the atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. The napkins are substantial, which is a good sign for authentic BBQ. We ordered the combo meat platter and the pulled pork and St. Louis style ribs were great. The brisket was okay, a bit fatty for my taste. The beans were thick and saucy, and the potato salad was tasty. The staff was friendly and worked well together. The cornbread was delicious, especially with honey. For dessert, the peanut butter pie was amazing and the cherry cobbler was a hit too.
A cool and unique restaurant. We visited here in August 2019 on a road trip to Glacier National Park. While we had to wait a bit to get seated, the interesting decor kept us occupied. The BBQ we both had was very good! It's a must-stop on our next trip through Kalispell.
Loved this place. Food was super solid and I recommend the brisket of course. But the staff were the real superstars. Sat at bar and watched the food prep. Real pros with great sense of humor.
