Restaurant bewertenThe complimentary tour that explains the coffee production process was quite enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the nature walk, which featured some fascinating caves and chasms along the path. The free coffee samples were decent, but they didn’t quite convince me to purchase a bag. The gift shop offered a nice variety of products, though many items are priced higher than usual to offset the cost of the free tours. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The tour, gift shop, and overall ambiance were all delightful, and the extensive walk was well worth it. Our guide was a young woman who was both knowledgeable and engaging; you could tell she truly loves her job. The coffee tasting was exceptional and absolutely delicious. Additionally, the nature trail is stunning and definitely merits the $10 fee per group. The buildings are well-maintained and have a charming, almost historic feel. The tour itself was informative and concise, focusing mainly on the processing area.
I had a very informative tour that provided detailed explanations about the different types of beans and the process of selecting those that qualify as Kona coffee. We had the chance to taste four different flavors, which was a real treat. The drive up to the farm, which is situated at an altitude of 975 meters, was lovely and offered a refreshing coolness compared to the warmth of Kona. The tours began right on time every 30 minutes, as promised. There’s also an option for a scenic walk for $10, along with a gift shop. I would highly recommend this experience!
On September 7, 2023, I visited during the Christmas shopping season and found a great selection of items, including coffee beans and grounds, soaps, candles, delicious cookies, candy, bags, and stickers. The coffee tour offered here is complimentary, and you can sample all of their coffees for free. The ambiance is wonderful, nestled within the cloud forest, with sunshine in the morning and rain in the afternoon. The coffee tour itself was very informative and definitely worth the 15 minutes spent. Additionally, I met the lovely 'cat princess,' who has become a new member of the family.
Enjoy a complimentary and informative 30-minute coffee tour that explores the production and roasting processes. You can also purchase Kona coffee directly from the gift shop.
