Kona Chinese Bbq - Kailua-Kona

Stop for lunch on Monday. The food was freshly prepared and a good part. The family that runs the restaurant cannot be more beautiful. Try it if you want a fast and hearty meal.

2022 Updated Review: It turns out that only their small containers can be composted. If you order a plate, it will be part of the plastics that are overwhelming Hawaiian landfills. Also, suspect, after ordering from here, hours later my credit card information was stolen. I ordered a chicken burger with bacon for $5.73 after tax. It was served in a paper container and tasted great! I would highly recommend Kona Chinese BBQ.

Food was pretty dang good for a reasonable price..3 plates came out to 32 bucks with alot of food

Had bbq meat plate and dumpling, very delicious, meat tender and tasty , dumpling is very juicy, reasonable price.only down side is no vibe, but of course it is just a basic restaurant but love their food. Waitress very nice. Went twice during one week visit in Kona, may go again tomorrow if I am in town
