Ihop - Junction City

We were the only ones there and it took them 30 minutes Just to get our drinks. And another 45 minutes to get our food. So we just payed for the drinks and left. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Plus, way! To many young people that work there and play around.

Decided to give this location one more try, and as always our food came out so wrong and cold.... After talking with the manager, totally clueless of what the menu items we ordered were supposed to actually be like… Last time coming to this place!!!!!

The servers weren't very friendly and the food it's okay but it wasn't very pleasant to look at

Once we got Serena which is probably I don't know we stood there for 10 minutes before we actually got seated. We watched employees come back and forth to where there was three of them up front at one time, look at us and then walk off. A gentleman that was seated after us had a waiter probably 5 to 10 minutes before we did. We sat in our booth for 30 minutes before anybody even approached us. The food is just terrible every time I eat here… Usually cold, made incorrectly. I ordered the bisc n gravy platter and the bisc and gravy was slapped on top of my hash browns, i asked for hash browns without gravy on them and they brought some not cooked all the way. My son's pancakes were ice cold and we waited about 20 min to be seated in an empty restaurant… Servers kept walking right past us on their phones or chatting amongst each other.
