I mean it's a Sonic drive-thru. Most of the people that work at the one here in Great Bend are pretty decent. Now if I could just get them to understand the concept of easy on the ice.... The fries were cold, and the coney had hardly any chili cheese on it. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

It’s not what it used to be. I’ve been there several times, and not once have they been able to identify my drink. Three times in a row, they got my drink wrong, and even when they tried to give me a credit, they messed that up too. In the past, when you handed in the drink, they would ask you what kind it was and take it from there. Now they just hand you a whole container and expect you to figure it out on your own.
