Restaurant bewertenReally great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried a little everything on the breakfast menu and everything was excellent. The menu is not very flexible for any substitution with the French toast, but everything was delicious!
Eat here the second time. The first time we had breakfast and it was good. Today we had the daily lunch special. It was homemade meat loaf, potatoes, roasted Okra and a dinner roll. It also came with your choice of soup or salad bar. I enjoyed the beef soup and my husband had the salad. Everything was very tasty and well flavored. The fried okra was beautiful, since crispy dinner roll was wonderfully soft. I was satisfied filled, but the lunch special did not end there also dessert included
I had the pork chops, they were amazing. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Very imposing from outside, but honestly good food inside. definitely worth a visit if your stay in Junction or even simply by
Stopped here on a road trip coming back from San Antonio, good food and most of the meals come with your choice of salad bar or soup. Big portions and very tasty.
Well, this might be the only vegan-possible place in Junction. If you are okay with a salad with limited choices, this it it. A lot of the salad bar items are non-vegan, so I had to skip them. There was no quinoa, beans, sprouts, or significant sources of plant protein in the bar. The salad was better than the DQ salad, which set a low bar. I don't know. Maybe the waitress was tired. She seemed kind of busy and not looking to talk. When I asked for baked potato, she said they were out. End sentence. She didn't offer any other ideas or sympathy. I guess it seemed cold. Towards the end of the meal she got slightly friendlier when my dad was trying to strike chit chat. The salad bar was also pretty dark. I guess they want to hide the food in the dark? It could use some more lights. The bath tub as the base of the bar was neat. My dad seemed happy with his meal.
