Restaurant bewertenTook a few days off to go to west Texas and ate here twice for breakfast. The first time they were out of biscuits and the second time they were out of grits. They made up for it by giving me a pancake. You have to have their pancakes. Very good. When I did get their biscuit it fell apart, but it did have a good taste. Omelets are also very good. Our server has been there forever and treated us very well. Worth the stop if your near Junction, Tx.
Had the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Tasty and a large portion. Make sure you have people to share with you! I ate the cheeseburger and hubby had the chicken fried steak. Both were delicious! He loved the homemade gravy. I wanted to try the cobbler but they had run out. We will be stopping at Isaacks again!
Amazing food, best salad bar I’ve seen in a very long time, and great service. I love restaurants that still have that hometown southern feel and this was perfect.
Really great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried a little everything on the breakfast menu and everything was excellent. The menu is not very flexible for any substitution with the French toast, but everything was delicious!
Eat here the second time. The first time we had breakfast and it was good. Today we had the daily lunch special. It was homemade meat loaf, potatoes, roasted Okra and a dinner roll. It also came with your choice of soup or salad bar. I enjoyed the beef soup and my husband had the salad. Everything was very tasty and well flavored. The fried okra was beautiful, since crispy dinner roll was wonderfully soft. I was satisfied filled, but the lunch special did not end there also dessert included
