Little Caesars Pizza - Ithaca

I was so excited to get pizza from here seins how I don 't have one near qhere I live so I went and ordered 2 of the hot and ready half breadstick half pizza. Paid and he said it wod be ready in about 5 min. OK great! My order came out 2 full pizzas no cheesy breadsticks at all. I said this isn 't what I ordered the guys who brought it out said that 's what he put it in as .... okaaayyyyy but that 's not what I ordered and the guy didn 't even try and fix it so I ended up walking ok and saying ok I guess it is what it is thanks for not getting my order right . Not thrilled!!

We got a pizza while we were waiting for our truck to get done at the shop. We had a pizza picnic in the shade.

Nice kid at counter. We had a 45 minute drive home almost there pizza was burnt wasn't going back. Wanted almost 15 minutes or more. We got a deep dish with one topping. Probably won't be back to that one. Crust was so hard couldn't eat it

Delivery order. But DoorDash driver Helen H has never really set foot on our property. I called a refund and they claimed they couldn't. All they could do was write my name and give me a?free pizza when I arrive in the next 2-3 days. It's not a free pizza. That's the pizza I already bought and paid. I called the little Caesar aid line that was closed. Then tried to contact DoorDash for help. They were no help. Note that this company has no possibility to correct the bad service by its contractually agreed delivery drivers, nor have they an ounce of customer service

The deep pizza is excellent!! We really enjoyed it! The service was friendly and fast. Nice clean decor and the food was very good.
