Pollo Regio - Irving

This place sucks. The food is good, But the service sucks because they'll forget about you. Just sat waiting for my food to get ready for about 25 minutes, and the food never came. Turns out they just forgot to serve me, so I just asked for a refund. Don't waste your time at this location. Seems like they're always falling behind and taking forever. The other locations are wayyyy better!

Went here for a quick to go lunch on a Friday. Lady at the drive thru was nice and friendly. Food was great and fresh. Should have picked up inside though because the actual drive thru is not ideal for a larger vehicle; it was a little too narrow for me and the big truck I was driving lol. Other than that great service and food!

I always go to this location ! It never disappoints ! But today specifically i went through the drive thru and customer service was magnificent ! Israel made my experience 10x better !!
