Restaurant bewertenThere’s a reason they have so many stars and positive reviews: the staff is incredibly friendly, the food is fantastic, and they take the time to engage in conversation and share their culture if you're interested. We tried the plov and the Russian honey cake, and they were both amazing. We will definitely be returning!
Each time in a past you will find a restaurant that it transports back in time. bubala is one of those places. it is a surprising experience in the suburbs of Dallas/Plano. each court carefully prepared the way and wise as the tradition demands. the clip uzbeki pulow was prepared and presented full of aromen and quality ingredients. various kebabs grilled to perfection melt in their mouth and explode with aromen of seasoning in a smokey joy. the ambiente and decor is beautiful and well thought out. the service is as ingenious as the courts. the people who operate this unique facility are proud of their food and show their culture and hospitality with a welcoming smile and make them want to stay and try everything. for dessert, in any case try their authentic napoleon cakes, layers of flaky soft teig and delicious cream. this jewel should not be missed and it would be worth driving it from anywhere to experience bubala. take it from someone who grew up, eat it as their favorites. enjoy!
Wow! If you're looking for an exciting culinary experience, this is the place to be. The shuba is a delightful layered dish, the dumplings are delicious, the chicken kebab is moist and flavorful, the chicken kiew is amazing, and the honey cake is simply perfect—with its light layers and just the right amount of sweetness. They even make their own cookies for the topping. Just wow!
The third time here today, and wow-Bubala always charme. here's what I ordered! the layman soup (dark mountaineering straw) makes a colorful bowl and the perfect appetizer. a rich broth that is dusted with chopped bark meat, vegetables and noodles, with fresh zilantro and green tweepers, this suppe goes with fine and bright, expert precision. lagman is now undoubtedly one of my top ten favorites sheds of 2022, and perhaps all the time. I said it! the manti, palm size (especially my palm size, have no exact measurements) (yes) filled with lamb, swash and season. juice oozes from her inner as I bite. emptying skin is amazingly al dente, its taste and texture profile somewhere between pasta and brothy in the west (in contrast to Asian steamed knödeln and buns.) the lamb filling reminds of barkstroganoff (this mushroomy, onion-y, spiced energy) without the cream sauce, and naturally, to delete bark and lamb. this is a comfortable comfort feed, something that would make your mother or oma. Your mom! the dazzling quad is paired with a saucer sour cream and with extremely large petersilie (literal huge,) for which I am here! the honey cake. it consists of alternating layers of paper-thin cakes and cream, both bitwise dense and melt-in-your-mouth delicate. this cake should be illegal. his essence is straight up into a dulce de leche-covered honey comb with zimt dust (which should probably also sometimes be illegal). I'd be down here for a cup of coffee and slices of this cake. an ingenious service, the rindstroganoff is also great, and there is also a breeze! not to make any more points, just come here!
Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!
