Restaurant bewertenI ordered a large Big Mac with fries. When I requested some ranch dressing and asked for ketchup, they informed me they were out of ketchup. This happened twice this week.
I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. It was my first time there and I placed my order through the loudspeaker at 7 o'clock. The woman on the speaker was polite and agreed to accommodate a special request I had. However, when I got to the window to pay, my total seemed too high because my discount codes weren't being applied correctly. The employee at the window was unhelpful and I had to ask for a manager. The manager was rude and initially refused to honor the discount codes, but eventually relented after a heated discussion. Overall, the customer service was lacking, with a lack of respect and knowledge of their own policies.
I was standing behind a gentleman at this restaurant when the cashier completely ignored me, as if I wasn't there to be helped. Instead of asking if I needed anything, she walked away. It was disappointing to see the lack of customer service in this establishment, similar to many McDonald's locations since the introduction of self-service kiosks. It seems like they have forgotten the importance of serving customers. The entire Spanish-speaking morning crew could benefit from retraining, as they often seem too busy to communicate effectively with customers.
I misunderstood my order and then, when I tried to call back a few minutes later, got no answer. Don't think I'll come back soon. admitted, I'd rather not eat it under standard food, at least now I have another valid reason not to eat here.
The doors are locked already 5 mins before 11pm with 11 cars still in the drive through. What kind of management is this? People still sitting inside. Didn’t get any food and going hungry.
