Arby's - Independence

Sa in the drive threw 10 minutes no one said something, parked and went in: again not even recognized. it turned around and went out and the crew laughed. great customer service?

Out of medium size meals. Out of lettuce. Out of the strawberry cheesecake pie. But there was plenty of barely warm fries and classic beef sandwiches. And now you are out of this family’s future visit. This was the third time you were out of hot food. Good bye!

The drive thru lights don't work you can not see the menu. The employees are rude and are preparing for closing at 715 pm.

Not very good today. Chicken tender and fries were warm. BLT didn't have as much bacon on it as previous order. In their defense, they appeared to only have 2 people working. We went at off hours, late lunch.Food: 3/5

THAT was my best visit to any Arby's in over 5 years, maybe even 10 years.I want thrilled about being asked to pull forward however the 2 extra minutes was well worth the wait.I usually hesitate to get their curly fries because usually half of the fries are inedible. These curly fries were fresh and all of them were edible.My family all said that each of their sandwiches tasted great and better than expected.I hope this wasn't a fluke because I actually want to return to the Arbys sooner than usual.
