Lousy service, they serve the food cold, they force customers to pay in cash and if they don't have cash, they force them to withdraw from the cash machine, otherwise they withdraw the orders from the salary of the waiter, according to what the waiter told us.

Paid £5 for the smallest disgusting pizza. very expensive for peru and horrendous food. Burger was rough pizza was terrible and lettuce was tiny and on average at best. if I can give you recommendations NOT EVER EAT HERE

This is the worst food and service experience I’ve had so far in my 1,5 months in Peru (8 months in South America). The food I ordered was not what I got and when I complained/showed in the menu that I got the wrong dish...to the waitress her response was: I’m just a waitress I don’t own this place. I didn’t touch the food but had to pay for it anyway. Go somewhere else if you want a good meal!

Terrible service. We were a party of three and there was at least 30mins between each of our dishes arriving. After waiting a whole hour my friend was told that her dish was unavailable and she needed to pick something else. We ordered a bottle...of wine and they brought out one that had already been opened and was definitely corked. The food was mediocre at best. Don’t be fooled by the quirky name on this place, it’s not worth ruining one of your evenings in Huacachina.
