Gus's Carryout Howell

C'mon, it's Gus's Carryout. They have great salads and awesome breadsticks. You can't go wrong. Which would you rather have, unlimited average salad and breadsticks, or a limited amount of awesome salad and breadsticks. The choice is clear. Olive gardensucks.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. From the start the YOUNG employees were rude.. The ribs I had bought were NOT EVEN Lukewarm, they were cold and had so much fat on them that they weren?t enjoyable in the slightest. The salad had pieces oflettuce in it that were as big as the container that the salad came in! The ranch and garlic cream cheese containers had a layerof dried food all of over them. Lastly the bread bag was not even sealed on the bottom, so when we removed the bag of bread, allof it fell to the floor. Will never be eating here again!!! $40 wasted. Just ridiculous.

Disappointed! Ordered chicken and rib dinner for two. Chicken was entirely undercooked! Bag of breadsticks was soaked in a yellow liquid, bag was torn and leaked all over. Have always loved the food here, but was a long drive, price was not what itsaid on website. Chicken was thrown away. Mostaciolli was bland, not much sauce. Greek salad was good. The very undercookedchicken was the worst.

So Gus's... it's really hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza we get here is the best, sometimes its just this side of decent. The people are always friendly and helpful, and all I ever get here is pizza. If every visit wasn't so enjoyable, I'd have to gowith two stars for the inconsistency. Must say that the gambler's fallacy has me going back often, though!

After traveling all over the state and visiting different restaraunts, I stopped to visit Gus's. It's a restaurant and the bathroom is for employee's only, even though the bathroom is in the lobby. The restaurant was unkept, and customer servicerepresentatives were unorganized.
