Subway - Houston

Kind of surprised by the comments here. I have never had any problems at this location. Employees have always been nice. In fact I fell asleep last evening and woke up at 9:10 pm. Checked online and saw they were open until 10:00 pm. I jumped in my car and got there around 9:20 pm. Forgetting that they might still be under covid hours, turns out I walked in after they were closed. I went in because I had seen some kids inside. I saw a sign on the door but I didn't have my glasses on so didn't know what it said. Turns out the kids were the children of the employee, I guess there to pick her up. She walked out from the back, saw me and without any hesitation smiled and said C'mon I will take care of you . She then proceeded to take my order, make my sandwich and smiled the entire time. I work in industrial sales, talk on the phone all day long. A person's tone when speaking goes a long way in a business transaction and you could hear the smile in her voice. Great customer service in my book.

Walked in not a single employee wearing a facemask. Then they do not accept cards only cash..

I have come to this location 2 times and it still the same they have the open sign on and a worker inside but he is just on his phone with the door lock it is 5 pm so I am confused on why it is locked with a open sign on

Each time I've been there at 9:05 am, there has been a gray sedan parked up front but no sign of life or open sign.So....do you open at 9 or not?

Closed at 4 pm the workers are there on the phone but didnt open the worst.
