Chick-fil-a - High Point

The service at this restaurant is incredible and the food is always delicious. I come here at least twice a week because I work nearby. I have also placed catering orders, which have always been perfect. And for those who love coffee, the new frozen coffee is fantastic!

In my opinion, Chick-fil-A sets the gold standard for how fast food restaurants should operate. I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, no matter which city I have been in. The quality of everything from the staff to the food is consistently excellent. Their hospitality, quality, and service make me a loyal customer for life. Chick-fil-A is my favorite place to eat.

First time dining in this location. Really nice. A lot easier to get in and out of than on N Main St. Wasn't crowed and food lived up to Chick-fil-A standards

They are excellent. They should teach customer service to other establishments. In all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, there has only been one mistake, for which they offered me a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. I will always come back.

I’ve never walked disappointed the few years I’ve been coming here. And anytime there was a problem the staff immediately fixed it. Great welcoming vibes, great atmosphere, and of course great food every time. Which keeps me coming.
