Smithy Fold - High Peak

We sient some time in The Smithy Fold on a busy Sunday morning. We required extra help with a guest of ours with special needs. The staff were brilliant in not just speeding up our order there was a wait on food due to it being as busy as it was)but also on how they engaged with all in our group. Very impressed with all the staff particularly the manager and the lady who served us who was able to sign to one of our party and had visual aides that we also carry for communicating. A potentially unsettling visit was made so much more comfortable and stress free. Thanks guys. G

I went to the wetherspoons in Glossop to meet some friends. No parking for any people. Entrance for all people. As with all spoons, very good ales on show. Plenty of alcoholic drinks available, and food on a menu. All prices for everything very very good can't be beaten anywhere. This is all spoons not just one. The prices are so competitive. Of course if you go into city centres, prices are slightly dearer. Nothing much to add. There is a pay n display across the main road.
