Restaurant bewertenOur first visit here was about a year ago and it was truly spectacular. The place doesn't look like much on the outside, and the inside is not flashy. But what it lacks glamour, it is more than in taste and experience. The sushi boats are a fun experience, and what I thought would be average tasting sushi, turned out that it was great, honest, every dish was amazing. We can't wait to come back. Definitely recommend
Beautiful touch of a variety of sushi. Choose your sushi with boat/plate or order in the menu. Great tasting sushi and deserts. Great prices and friendly staff.
The revolving boats sushi were cute and different than a conveyor belt style of sushi. On a Saturday night, the wait time was around 30-45 minutes and there were only two servers. Service was slow and not attentive. The boat sushi were continuous the same type of sushi rolls. There was not a large amount of variety and the boats were continuously getting empty. It seems like there was only one sushi chef that did all the raw sushi rolls for here and to go orders. The sushi and fried items was good and fresh. The Japanese Omelette Rice was ok. Not worth $20. The restaurant is a bit run down as well and there were two portable A/Cs around the facility. I would highly recommend putting names on the revolving sushi.
Waiting time was 40 minutes a week. In the seating area you can see the dirty plates and the dirty walls full of splashed food. The waiter wasn't aware at all. My son dropped his chiffel and we waited for over 15 minutes to get a chipstick. The boats were not constantly sorted, most were empty or the same were just a few different. Food was fine, but you are better to order from the menu. Not impressed.
I was very excited to try this place after hearing many great reviews about it and I waited an hour to be seated. Unfortunately I was very under impressed at the quality and range of sushi on the boats. If you love Mayo and artificial crab this place is for you. If you love authentic sushi with higher end fish then don?t even bother coming here. Everything was mediocre and sub par. I?m still shocked at how blah my whole experience was. The over use of Mayo and artificial crab just ruined it. For having such a big fan base, this restaurant really has a lot of work to do and really could step its game up if they served a larger variety of sushi. The prices were good, the sushi was bad, but I definitely won?t be back unless they start serving less Mayo and artificial crab dishes and more authentic real fish rolls. Truly disappointed. Not worth the wait, don?t fall for the hype.
