Taco Bell - Herrin

This Taco Bell has improved so much last month I am very satisfied with there service

The drive by shortened us an item, but they fixed it immediately. Excellent customer service.

Had been my favorite fast food place for many years...I don't know when sauce packets became more valuable than diamonds, 9 total sauce packets for 4 burritos, 4 tacos, and 4 fiesta potatoes is really pathetic. Also be careful ordering on the taco bell app, if something messes up you're not getting a refund. I was charged for an order that had an error when placing it and the store made it but nobody ever picked it up for delivery. I was told the only way to cancel it was through the app and I've messaged them twice and heard nothing yet a day later. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The only thing I asked for was ‘extra seasoning’ and the slow mfs can’t even do that. Waiting 20 minutes per car, coming out talking to cars trying to get them to leave.
