Restaurant bewertenTonight was the last night Wendell's served dinner and we were the last customers they had. It will open up in June as Cynthia's, but Wendell's is no more. I had the Big Boom Box which is a double patty melt, the missus had a BLT. We had their hush puppies with real bits of corn in the center that were simply delicious. Cynthia has big shoes to fill.
Pleasant surprise for Midtown Harriman! Food came out hot and fast. Had the Hot knight rider Philly with jalapeño poppers. Sandwich was good and spicy. My wife had the reuben sandwich with onion petals, which was also great.
This restaurant offers the most delicious cheesesteaks in the area. It reminds me of a nostalgic spot in Arizona called Uncle Sam's. The staff is always friendly and the food is classic diner-style fare.
Great food. Love the 80's decor also. Food was delicious and affordable. Waitress was great too. We will definitely go back.
We stumbled upon this small diner by chance, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hamburger was delicious, and the onion rings were the best we've ever tasted. The menu items are named after events, people, and characters from the 80s, which adds a fun touch. Overall, it's a great value for the quality of food and the service is friendly.
