Burger King - Groton

The dining experience was satisfying as the food was served hot and almost everything on the menu looked appetizing.

I apologize, but I don't understand why they are putting Clausen-Type Pickles on the Whopper. Please stop! Dill pickles are supposed to go on the burger, not these strange pickles that ruin the taste. I heard that you were out of regular pickles and still used the Clausen-Type ones without saying anything. Please improve and don't ruin the burgers that have made the company famous. Thank you.

So sick of this BK, sick of asking and paying for one thing and getting another… They really need to get it together no problem taking money for extras but not giving up the extra

Ordered a whopper with only ketchup and xtra pickles no lettuce /no tomatoes got home to get exactly the opposite. I'm pisst

Never been treated so rude in my life. I was embarrassed when the employee keep telling me I was miserable. I made a mistake when I ordered and when I realized I made the mistake I apologized and asked if she could change the order. She said she couldn’t. I had paid for the jr whopper and she said she would have to charge me for the fries and soda. So now my bill is nearly $3:00 more. She then offered me free fries and a soda. I wasn’t looking for a free anything. Just wanted her to please change the order. Again said she couldn’t. I told her to forget the order and started to leave. She then said that I had paid for the jr whopper so did I want it. At this point I turned around to get my order. She was very sarcastic and said have a blessed day, turned around and quite loud said how miserable I was. I stopped tuned around and said I heard what she said and thought it was rude of her to say that in front of all the other employees. She then started yelling at me while I walked out of the store. I know the other employees heard her. Tried to call the manager but no one answered the phone. I know this is long but I am very upset with the employees at the Groton store
