Carluccios Bluewater - Greenhithe

We had a nice Sunday dinner. our waitress charley has looked after us fantastically. she was really friendly and professional. the food and drinks were very delicious! definitiw will return.

Absolutely lovely food, the waitress we had called Charlie was just so polite and asked if we needed extra plates, had enough drink, if the food was up to our standards, just wonderful service all around. We added an extra glass of wine to our bill but it ended up not coming, and she apologised and removed it straight away without hesitation. Deserves a raise 100%.

The pasta in all three was dry with almost no sauce. we complained and got a reduction in the bill. the chocolate bread and the butter pudding was very nice.

Server was great. we really liked him, very jolly! very beautiful motherday meal. we ran a few minutes too late and called to tell them. the table was not asked for us. Eat was delicious!

Everything was okay however the food came over and the temperature of the food was tepid, the toast was too hard almost like a croton. Service was fab and the quality of the food was nice and the flavours were good, just the temperature of the food was a bit off.
