As in all the St-Hubs, that of swab is no exception to the rule. food at height and impeccable service. I recommend to book because it is very busy.

The totally renovated St. Hubert in Gatineau, Quebec, is well worth a visit. The service was great and the lunches served, 4 different courses were we received....

Went there on the Canada Day weekend. The waiter spoke English and was very friendly. The food was good, fast and hot. No complaints. Would go there again
