Big Easy Express - Gastonia

The food was extremely disappointing! The service was terrible as well. The rice had a sour taste, and the chicken was tough, as if it had been reheated too many times. If you're looking for good food, I recommend you try a different place!

Many people seem to be sharing negative experiences here, but when I visited earlier, I had a positive one. I'm not sure if it was just my timing, but everything went well for me. The food was enjoyable, the service was quite good, and while I wouldn't say the atmosphere was anything special, it was acceptable.

In my opinion, the customer service at this restaurant is quite poor. At Gastonia Mall, they don't encourage people to try anything; it seems like the staff is just there to collect their hourly wages. I visited today, and it was disappointing.

I use to love this place. Now food is low quality cold and they are rude. Whatever change they made was NOT for the best. I guess jade will be my new spot… oh yea the noodles was so dry….

I went to big easy today and was a little taken back, the food was good until I saw this ... The carelessness shows why their grade is so low. Used to love this place, definitely not so sure now! I am pregnant and cannot afford to get sick because of carelessness such as this!
