Starbucks - Garner

I have been inside to order in person and have seen people walk in grab an order and leave. Apparently they ordered online. I have checked on the Starbucks website, and app, Doordash, ubereats and grubhub. So I tried calling to ask what app you use. No answer. I guess I'll go to your competitors. There are plenty of local shops willing to sell coffee items and willing to answer the phone and let you know how to order in advance.

The seating area need to be cleaned...seating and tables. The employees were really pleasant. The food was good..the bacon gouda sandwich was delicious but smaller.

Thank you to the beautiful employee that helped me find my work keys at your store location and then gave me a hot chocolate. I was having a rough day but you were so sweet and brought a smile to my face!

You have a few that are super nice I love the guy I forget his name he?s always super nice and professional! On the other hand most of the woman forget attitudes! If I order a drink with LIGHT ICE it?s that simple do it with love or don?t do it at All! And don?t ask for waters!! Mean mug you down!

I always get great customer service here. They do not overcharge you and you get what you pay for. Nice staff members.
